We help you avoid exposure to unnecessary and potentially substantial abortive costs along the way.  Managing abortive fees is a significant role of the development manager.  If desired, we can help to introduce third party development finance and guide you through the many pitfalls and loopholes that can severely punish even an experienced entrepreneur or investor.

We can manage the process from start to finish, releasing maximum land value and allowing you to participate in the development profit for yourself.  We can identify and evaluate risk, manage the planning and development process and the associated cost and introduce the right expertise at the appropriate time.  In effect, we act as your ‘right hand man’, acting in your best interests at all times. We aim to fulfil the developer’s role, but for a fraction of the cost.

How do we do this?  Simple; if we don’t have to risk capital buying your land, we remove the speculative risk.   This allows you, the landowner, to retain far more control of the process.  With the benefit of our experience and guidance, our service allows you to take maximum possible benefit from the exploitation of your real assets.  We can do this without the need to involve a third party developer whose sole goal, understandably, is to maximise his profit. Of course, the natural consequence is to minimize the price he pays you for your land.
