We can manage the process from start to finish, releasing maximum land value and allowing you to participate in the development profit for yourself. We can identify and evaluate risk, manage the planning and development process and the associated cost and introduce the right expertise at the appropriate time. How do we do this? Simple; if we don’t have to risk capital buying your land, we remove the speculative risk. This allows you, the landowner, to retain far more control of the process. With the benefit of our experience and guidance, our service allows you to take maximum possible benefit from the exploitation of your real assets. We can do this without the need to involve a third party developer whose sole goal, understandably, is to maximise his profit. Of course, the natural consequence is to minimize the price he pays you for your land.
