Mark Burkes has considerable experience in all these roles.  As Acquisition Manager for KFC, Travelodge, Harvester & Little Chef in the early 90’s he was responsible for rolling out several growing brands. This work continued into the last decade.  During this time he acted as retained agent for firms as diverse as National Tyre Services, The Restaurant Group and Floors 2 Go, rolling out multi-unit programmes nationally to an agreed strategy.
