Mark Burkes has considerable experience in all these roles. As Acquisition Manager for KFC, Travelodge, Harvester & Little Chef in the early 90’s he was responsible for rolling out several growing brands.
This work continued into the last decade. During this time he acted as retained agent for firms as diverse as National Tyre Services, The Restaurant Group and Floors 2 Go, rolling out multi-unit programmes nationally to an agreed strategy.
More recently, we’ve broadened our activities, spending much of the last decade in property development. Whilst development manager at London-based Frontier Estates, Burkes was responsible for the development of £200 Million worth of property in the Midlands.
In the last four years he has been active in the promotion of various joint venture projects, acquiring land, funding, managing and subsequently letting and managing property in a range of sectors on behalf of clients.
